We realized there are two ways you get ripped off: the obvious lie from a service advisor pushing a service you don't need, and the quiet dishonesty of a lazy repair. Make no mistake, there is no difference between the two. Both are dishonest.
After what we've seen, there isn't a single other shop in this valley we would trust to work on our own vehicles. We saw that a real need for honest, competent auto repair wasn't being met, so we decided to fill it.
We chose the mobile model for a simple, logical reason: it allows us to focus on the repair, not the overhead. By getting rid of the massive expense of a physical garage, we removed the financial pressure that forces shops to upsell.
